Q. What do you mean by family owned and operated?
A. We are a family owned and operated business,
which is just that.  I am a mother of  four children, two
of which i work this business with. My older
Daughter, Alicia and my older Son Joshua. My two
younger kids are in high school. When they are old
enough to work in IL, they to will join us.

Q. Do you have dogs, cats..other pets?
A. We have Three Family dogs. Who you can read
about on the about us page. Katie, Opie & Samson.
We have over the years as a family have had cats and
other small animals.

Q. Are you Insured? or Bonded?
A. Yes we are. With Pet Sitters International You can
look us up on their website www.petsit.com

Q. How long have you been working with animals?
A. In our Family, our oldest dog is 10 years old. Our
Cat lived to be 13. We have had animals all our lives.
My Daughter worked in the pet care field for 4 years.

Q. Do you board animals in your home?
A. We are sorry but we cannot. If we were allowed to
have extra animals in our homes we would. Our
Landlords say no.

Q. Can you sleep over my house?, My dog/ cat
doesn't like to be alone.
A. Yes, we can. We have In- Home care. Which is
where we stay at your home. Not ours. We are
insured and bonded for that purpose as well.

Q. Which Holidays apply to the holiday surcharge?
A.  Christmas, Hanuka, Thanksgiving, Valentines Day.
Super-Bowl Sunday,   Halloween,  Easter, Spring
Break & New Years  

Q. Do you all service the Suburbs?
A. No sorry we do not. We service all of the Chicago
area as best we can, but we cannot service any
suburbs yet. We hope to one day be able to.

Q. How do you walk the dogs?
A. We walk dogs in ONES, single walks unless a
house hold has more then one dog.
